Founder
The ‘Irresistible Visionary’ according to SoNexy Nexiness profiler, Adi is doing exactly that.
A trainer, coach, entrepreneur and author, his role at SoNexy is to ignite and inspire about a new way people can learn, one that is so much in line with our ‘social first’ way of leaving.
When not spreading new ideas, Adi is cooking them on long motorcycle drives or ski rides.
Anastasia Roncea
Product Manager
Anastasia makes sure the product reflects the needs of our users.
She has a background in psychology and behavioral economics, and a passion for understanding why we do the things we do. 🧠
When she’s not diving into user insights, you can find her climbing, hiking, knitting, or playing the trumpet.

She makes sure people interested in learning find out about SoNexy every step of the way.
With a background in media agencies management and media strategy, she loves discovering how true insights and relevant communication fuel brand growth and has a passion in learning and organizational culture.
When not reflecting on serious staff, she loves re-designing house’s corners, baking blueberry muffins and talking to cats she meets on the street. 🐱
