By using the website www.sonexy.com and the application SO NEXY and subsequent services (e.g. receiving notifications, publishing learning materials) (hereinafter referred to generically as the „Services”), you agree to the present Terms and Conditions, which we urge you to read carefully.

By accessing and using the website www.sonexy.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and the application SO NEXY (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), you agree to the policies placed at your disposal during the Services.

The services are offered by Evolution Journey S.R.L. having its seat in Bucharest Municipality, Sector 1, no. 8 Menuetului str., Section 1, room 2, third floor, Ap.4, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/27/2018, having Sole Registration Code 38648191, (hereinafter referred to as the ”Company”).

 

1. USAGE

The application and website are a means of communication and learning, intended for users who want to be in contact with other users interested in development and education through learning.

Your use of the Services does not give you any intellectual property rights over them or the content you access. You, as users of the Application and Website, access learning services. You have no right to use the content within the Services, unless by contracting the right to use the Application and the Website, you become a user of our services. The content of the Services can be used exclusively for personal purposes, defined according to this document as purely non-commercial purposes, without any direct or indirect intention of obtaining profits or gains of any kind from such use.

The Services display certain content that does not belong to the Company. The responsibility for this content rests exclusively with the entity that makes it available, namely the users, and by accepting to use the Services you undertake that through the content you generate you will not violate the rights of other people, you will not make xenophobic, racist or hateful remarks and you will not create any other offensive or derogatory content. The copyrights on the content created and posted by users belong to them, and the users agree that the Company has the right to use the posted content, for promotional purposes, as well as the right to delete it.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages and other information. You can opt-out of some or all of these communications by checking/unchecking them in your Account Settings.

By downloading/contracting and creating a User Account, you become a User and can use the Services.

It is strictly forbidden to use the Application for purposes other than those for which it was created. Any attempt to access, modify or distribute unauthorized information will be considered abuse and will result in account suspension and possible legal action.

Also, certain Services have Terms and Conditions or settings that restrict the scope of use of content submitted within those Services. Please make sure that you have the necessary rights to access the appropriate modules for all content you submit to our Services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Services and any included software; you may not reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of such software, except with written permission from us.

The website and the application operate in accordance with the provisions of the Romanian laws in force and will align to any future changes to the relevant legislation. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions is rendered void or invalid, regardless of the cause, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which remain applicable. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with Romanian law.

Any misunderstandings between the parties will be resolved as far as possible amicably, otherwise they will be resolved by the competent courts in the City of Bucharest.
